Prior to joining Thrivent, I served as a minister for over a decade. I was honored to serve churches of Christ in Independence, Mississippi; Purcellville, Virginia; Lynchburg, Virginia; Greenville, South Carolina; and Lebanon, Tennessee. I'm excited to continue serving others as I help them steward their money toward the things that matter most to them!

I grew up on the southside of Indianapolis and graduated from Perry Meridian High School. We attend the Shelbyville Road Church of Christ near Beech Grove, and we live near Franklin Central High School. It has been exciting to see all of the growth in the Greenwood, Franklin, and Bargersville areas.

I met my wife Stephanie on my second day of school at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, TN. After graduating with a Spanish degree, I attended the Memphis School of Preaching, We have four beautiful children.

Outside of helping people make the most of all they have been given, I enjoy running. I have run 4 Indy Mini half marathons. I hope to break the 2 hour mark soon. As a Hoosier, I love all things basketball, especially Indiana University and the Indiana Pacers. I also enjoy rooting for the Colts.
