Let's keep it very real here. . .
I know I can speak for each member of Compass & Anchor Financial Group when I say, we love what we do.
I particularly love the deep conversations with our clients. I know they are trusting us with some of their greatest goals and quietest fears. I love being one of their trusted guides. I feel it in your handshakes, your hugs, and the oft-shed tears that flow in our office.
I also know that we ask a lot of you. We call months in advance requesting that you book your meeting. We prep for your meeting two weeks in advance to try to ensure that we don't miss a single detail, and along the way we ask you to sign, review, and verify detail after detail. We hold client meetings on specific days of the week, our night meetings are booked out months in advance, and we rarely deviate from our schedule.
But here's why. . .
In a few days these two head back to school starting their 7th grade and 9th grade years, respectively. Besides the normal school schedules, sports practices, and carpool juggling that comes with the territory of being a parent, my husband and I will layer on two wonderfully demanding careers, more IEP meetings and autism therapy meetings than you want to know, and as much time as we can supporting our church and the causes that are important to us.
In short, these two are growing up very fast. I absolutely love serving you, but we have goals too. . .to raise these two into responsible young men who reach their full potential!
So, the next time Hillary walks into our meeting and says, "it's time to wrap up. . . Crystal you have to leave." Just know, we say it with great love for you and our families too!
