Josh Beck has been a Financial Advisor with Thrivent since 2001, specializing in retirement planning. He graduated from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN, with a degree in finance, aiming to provide comprehensive financial advice. Josh remains active in the financial services industry as a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), where he has served in various roles, as well as being a member of Kingdom Advisors and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

Josh and his wife, Leah, have three daughters. They are members of Family of Christ in Ham Lake, where Josh is involved in the music program, playing drums. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and supporting his daughters in their sports activities.

Tim Gamrath has been serving clients as a Financial Consultant with Thrivent since 1991. He specializes in helping small business owners and individuals plan for retirement—whether they’re building towards it or navigating the distribution phase. Tim is known for his thoughtful approach and dedication to helping people make wise, tax-efficient decisions with their money.

Tim and his wife, Kristin, have been married for 35 years and are proud parents to three grown children—Courtney, Cade, and Carly Jo—and grandparents to three little ones who keep them smiling. He’s an active member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Osseo, MN. Outside of work, Tim enjoys gardening, fishing, barbecuing, and spending time with family. When he’s not busy with those hobbies, you’ll likely find him relaxing on the lake.

Jerron McDonald has been helping clients with their financial goals since 2021, working as a Financial Consultant with Thrivent and Crown Wealth Advisors. On the team, he focuses on creating thoughtful investment strategies, personalized planning, and walking alongside clients as they build toward their future.

Jerron lives in Otsego, Minnesota, with his wife Carly, who’s currently a pharmacy resident at Children’s Minnesota in Minneapolis, and their playful Aussie Doodle, Hazel. When he’s not working, Jerron enjoys home improvement projects, spending time with loved ones, and getting out on the golf course.

Charlene brings nearly 30 years of experience serving others through careers in nursing, healthcare leadership, entrepreneurship, and business coaching. As a Financial Advisor, she applies that same people-first approach to helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions and pursue their goals with confidence.

Char and her husband, Derek, live in Minnesota and enjoy spending time with their three adult children, bonus son, and two granddaughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the family cabin, spoiling her pets, and exploring new hobbies and adventures.
