Tim Gamrath has been a Financial Consultant with Thrivent since 1991, specializing in solutions for small businesses and personal retirement planning, both in the accumulation and distribution phases. What sets Tim apart is his commitment to helping clients be wise and tax-efficient with their money.

Tim has been married to his wife, Kristin, for 35 years. They are proud parents of three adult children—Courtney, Cade, and Carly Jo—and grandparents to three little ones. Tim is an active member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Osseo, MN. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, fishing, barbecuing, and spending time with his family. Recently, Tim and Kristin purchased a cabin near Nisswa, MN, which will be a cherished retreat for family and friends for years to come.

Josh Beck has been a Financial Advisor with Thrivent since 2001, specializing in retirement planning. He graduated from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN, with a degree in finance, aiming to provide comprehensive financial advice. Josh remains active in the financial services industry as a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), where he has served in various roles, as well as being a member of Kingdom Advisors and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

Josh and his wife, Leah, have three daughters. They are members of Family of Christ in Ham Lake, where Josh is involved in the music program, playing drums. He also volunteers at Spectrum High School. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and supporting his daughters in their sports activities.

Jerron McDonald has been a Financial Advisor with Thrivent since 2021. He graduated from Minnesota State University of Moorhead with a degree in finance. At Crown Wealth Advisors, Jerron focuses on working with our dedicated planning clients and building our investment portfolios.

Jerron and his wife, Carly, live in Rogers, MN, and are active members of Lord of Life Lutheran Church. They both enjoy volunteering and contributing to their community. In his free time, Jerron can be found golfing, coaching, and being outdoors.
