Tim Gamrath has been a Financial Consultant with Thrivent since 1991. He specializes in solutions for small businesses and personal retirement planning both the accumulation and the distribution side. Something that sets Tim apart from other advisors is he believes in helping people be wise and more tax efficient with their money.  

Tim has been married to his wife Kristin for 35 years and they are proud parents to three adult children: Courtney, Cade, and Carly Jo, along with being a grandfather to three little ones. Tim is a member at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Osseo, MN. He enjoys gardening, fishing, barbecuing, and spending time with his family. Tim and his wife recently purchased a cabin hear Nisswa, MN that will be enjoyed by family and friends for many years to come.

Josh Beck has been a Financial Advisor with Thrivent since 2001 and specializes in retirement planning. He graduated from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN with a degree in finance with a goal to provide compressive financial advice. Josh stays active in the financial services industry as a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) where he has served in various roles, as a member of Kingdom Advisors and Financial Planning Association (FPA). 

Josh and his wife Leah have three daughters. They are members at Family of Christ in Ham Lake. Josh is involved with the music program at Family of Christ playing drums and also spends time volunteering at Spectrum High School. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and supporting his daughters in their own sports.

Jerron McDonald has been a Financial Advisor with Thrivent since 2021. He graduated from Minnesota State University of Moorhead with a degree in finance. His role in Crown Wealth Advisors has been working with our dedicated planning clients and building our investment portfolios.

Jerron and his wife Carly live in Rogers, MN and are members at Lord of Life Lutheran Church. They both enjoy volunteering and helping out in the community. In Jerron's free time, you will find him golfing, disc golfing, coaching, and being outdoors.
