We believe a commitment to giving back to the neighborhoods where we live and work can empower and develop a more prosperous community.

We believe a commitment to giving back to the neighborhoods where we live and work can empower and develop a more prosperous community. We invest in our local community through volunteering and sponsoring a number of organizations, including Ascension Lutheran Church, School and Early Childhood Center, Newbury Park High School football, Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County, as well as several Worldwide Habitat builds. We are also supporters of TO Alliance for the Arts, California Lutheran University, Thousand Oaks High School soccer, dance and basketball teams. We are past volunteers for Boys Team Charity, National Charity League and Lutheran Retreats, Camps and Conferences.
