Myron is a financial consultant with more than 22 years of experience with Thrivent. Myron takes a personal interest of ensuring his clients make sound financial decisions in the process of accomplishing their goals in their desired timeframe. He utilizes his experience in developing comprehensive strategies with customized and financial tactics, so clients accomplish their goals. His areas of focus are Tax Efficiencies, Wealth & Risk Management, Generational Money Movement, Long Term Care Planning and Retirement Income Strategy and Planning.

Myron grew up on a dairy farm in Central Missouri where he learned the ethic of hard work. Myron has lived in Kansas City or Platte County with his wife Linda for over 40 years. Myron and Linda are blessed with two sons, Zachariah and Jared and two daughters in laws Sidea and Sara with four grandchildren and one on the way. Myron and Linda have been members of Christ Lutheran Church for over 40 years, and both are involved in church activities.

Jared is a financial representative with Thrivent. With about 10 years of being a special education teacher and soccer coach in Olathe Public Schools, Jared has always had the best interest in his students and now, has the best interest of his clients. He focuses on what is best for his clients and tailoring to their needs. His areas of focus are working with young families with children, Life Insurance, Retirement Strategy and Planning, and Educational Planning strategies.

Jared was born and raised in Parkville, where he, his wife Sara, daughters Genevieve, Evanell, and Ava are happy to call home.  Jared and Sara are both members at Christ Lutheran Church in Platte Woods. His interests and hobbies include spending time with his growing family, playing golf, and watching sports, as he is a sports enthusiast.  

Francis (Fran) Szarejko

Over his 36-year career with Lutheran Brotherhood and Thrivent Financial Fran has been a Financial Representative, General Agent, and Partner. After retiring from full-time management, Fran joined Clear Compass to do what he enjoys most about his long career, providing quality service to Thrivent’s clients. Fran is a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. He has a B.A. in Government from Villanova University, a Master of Public Administration from the Pennsylvania State University, and an M.A. in Christian Apologetics from Biola University.

Fran and his wife Marsha have lived in the Kansas City area for over 25 years. They have three adult children and six grandchildren. Fran and Marsha are active members of King of Kings Lutheran Church where Fran has served as an Elder, Bible class teacher, and is currently Congregation President. 

Linda has worked for Thrivent for 20 plus year, starting part time when the office was in the basement of Myron's home. She enjoys getting to know clients and assisting them with many types of service requests. Her strength is in her organizational skills as she is responsible for the day-to-day schedule of office activities.

Linda and her husband, Mark, have two adult daughters who live in Kansas City and Vancouver, WA. As she approaches two years in remission from cancer, she looks forward to more travel with family, especially time on the beaches of Oregon. She fills her free time reading, quilting, and spending time with her aging parents.

Sara has been a part of the Remote Practice Support team at Thrivent since 2018. She manages the workflow for her team and assists with service work. Outside of work Sara likes to travel with friends and family, reading, and going to concerts.

Laura has been with Thrivent since 2003. She has experience at Thrivent in a variety of areas including Brokerage Services, Suitability, Mutual Fund Customer Service, and she joined the Remote Practice Support team in 2019. Laura's specialties are in Brokerage and Mutual funds but supports all product related tasks to help leverage workload.

Mariah has been with Thrivent on the Remote Practice Support team for four years and has a background in customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, walking/biking outdoors, and delving into various hobbies including crafting, painting, and classical music.
