About Chad Elfe

I love coaching, hunting, fishing, working on my 1968 Mercury Cougar and most of all helping people! Its core to who I am and what I do. I've always loved the opportunity to serve someone and be a coach for moving them towards their goals. As a pastor that has always been my passion in ministry and that has carried over to my career with Thrivent. My goal in every meeting is to help you get clarity of where you are at and build a road map with action steps along the way to help you achieve your goals. I have always found that having a good coach helps me create actionable steps to get things done. That's one of the things I bring to the table is the coaching mindset to build your plan.

My passions are my faith, my family, and my community. My family are my greatest cheerleaders. It starts with my amazing wife Jenna who with me raises our four children, Lillyanna, Adylyn, Ellyse, and Fynnigan. One of the things we love to do together is serve our friends and our community. Life truly is an adventure and like any good adventure there are obstacles that must be overcome. We love to work at that together as a family and I'm excited to be able to be a part of your adventure!
