Prior to my role at Thrivent, I worked in the blue-collar industry while starting my family and finishing college at The Ohio State University. As my professional life continued to grow, I worked my way into executive management and vice president positions.

Now, as a financial consultant, I’m able to live out my passion of helping others achieve their goals. And through my time in the industry, I’ve found that building lasting relationships with the people I serve is key to helping them succeed.

My wife, Sue, and I live in Gahanna and regularly attend Peace and St. Matthews Churches. I enjoy spending my free time with our four adult children and my grandkids, teaching them to fish and making memories at the lake together. I’m also an avid cyclist and enjoy supporting nonprofits of all kinds. I’m especially passionate about volunteering on Habitat and Thrivent Faith Builds projects, which has helped construct more than 25 homes in our local area.

Becky lives in Dublin, Ohio, with her husband, Todd. They have two young adult children: Austin, attends Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Alex, is a senior at The Ohio State University.

Becky earned her degree in education from Ohio University and began her career in teaching, serving in both Dublin City Schools and the Chandler Unified School District in Chandler, Arizona.

She joined Thrivent in November 2020 and works alongside financial advisor Dave Ritter. Becky holds her Ohio Life and Health Certification and plays an important role in supporting client service and office operations.

Becky is passionate about serving her community through organizations that are meaningful to her. She is actively involved with Nellie’s Champions for Kids (NC4K), supporting families impacted by pediatric cancer, and is an active member of Encounter Church.

In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, kayaking, and being outdoors.

Outside of work, you can find me on the golf course, where I enjoy the challenge and strategy of the game much like my approach to finance. I believe in applying the same patience, attention to detail, and long-term perspective to both my professional work and my personal interests.

Marie brings a passion for serving others and building meaningful relationships to her role as an office professional at Thrivent. Prior to joining Thrivent. she spent 10 years as a kindergarten teacher, where she developed a strong commitment to helping individuals and families grow and thrive.

Marie is an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Marysville, Ohio, where she is involved in volunteer outreach and community efforts. Her faith is central to her life, and she values opportunities to grow through Bible study and service.

She and her husband, Jesse, have been married for 21 years and have raised four daughters. Marie has been a dedicated supporter of their daughters’ wrestling journeys, including national-level competition and collegiate opportunities at Marysville High School, Otterbein University, and the University of Iowa. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for perseverance, discipline, and encouraging others to pursue their goals.

Outside of work, Marie enjoys spending time outdoors and has a strong love for nature and animals. Whether supporting clients behind the scenes, serving her community, or spending time with family, she is committed to building meaningful connections and making a positive impact.
