Prior to my role at Thrivent, I worked in the blue-collar industry while starting my family and finishing college at The Ohio State University. As my professional life continued to grow, I worked my way into executive management and vice president positions.

Now, as a financial consultant, I’m able to live out my passion of helping others achieve their goals. And through my time in the industry, I’ve found that building lasting relationships with the people I serve is key to helping them succeed.

My wife, Sue, and I live in Gahanna and regularly attend Peace and St. Matthews Churches. I enjoy spending my free time with our four adult children and my grandkids, teaching them to fish and making memories at the lake together. I’m also an avid cyclist and enjoy supporting nonprofits of all kinds. I’m especially passionate about volunteering on Habitat and Thrivent Faith Builds projects, which has helped construct more than 25 homes in our local area.

Becky lives in Dublin, OH with her husband, Todd. They have two young adult, college-age children. Austin attends John Carroll University and Alex attends The Ohio State University.

Becky is a graduate of Ohio University with an education degree. Throughout the years, Becky taught in Dublin City Schools and Chandler Unified School District in Chandler, AZ.

Becky has been working with Dave since November 2020 and holds her Ohio Life and Health Certification.

Becky is passionate about serving her community through non-profits that are close to her heart. She is currently involved with Nellie's Champions for Kids (NC4K), an organization that supports pediatric cancer families. She shares her passion for cooking through Lasagna Love, an organization that helps with food insecurities in her community. In her free time, Becky loves to spend time with her family and friends, read, cook, kayak and be outside enjoying nature.

Kanda is a graduate of THE Ohio State University with a BS in Education and a Masters in Business from Ohio Dominican University. She and her husband, Erin, have been married for 20 years and are the parents of 3 teenage sons, Parker, Luke and Greyson. She also has 3 dogs and 1 cat! Together, they are living the lake life at Candlewood Lake in Mount Gilead, Ohio.

Her eclectic career has allowed many wonderful opportunities like being a retirement counselor for the State of Ohio, a teacher, a college professor, an Ohio County advocate for family and children, a lifeguard and now an insurance associate with Thrivent.

Kanda has been with Thrivent since 2022 and enjoys all things Ohio State, traveling, going to concerts, working on her home and eating sushi.
