Before Sherryl became a top-performing Wealth Advisor at Thrivent Financial, she was a small business owner and Director of Finance for Evergreen Youth TV. Sherryl became a Financial Consultant in 2003, and currently, she and her daughter, Camille, run a vibrant financial practice out of Kirkland and Sequim, Washington, called the Cascade West Group. 

Sherryl is known for her passion and skill in assisting individuals in making financial plans that help them plan for a secure retirement and to live generous lives.  

Her love for her family and community drives her to spend much time outside work fundraising and volunteering. Sherryl is a founding member of the Tough Against Cancer Initiative with the American Cancer Society. Sherryl and her husband attend Holy Spirit Lutheran Church and Salt House Church in Kirkland, WA.

Sherryl’s favorite bible verses are Mark 12:30, John 14:2, 15:13, and 1 Corinthians 13:4.

Camille Adair-Hatch is a Financial Consultant and partner with her mother with the Cascade West Group. Camille started working for Thrivent in April of 2015 helping clients navigate their financial journey. “Like a guide on a climb up a mountain, I assist clients in defining their goals, gathering tools, and traveling along their individual path. As the road may be filled with twists and turns, I help clients ensure they are ready for the journey and protected from potential derailments on their path.”

While Camille works with a variety of clients, she specializes in working with young families, divorce, retirement income planning, legacy planning, life insurance, and extended care planning. Before working for Thrivent, Camille earned her B.S. in biological science and psychology from California Lutheran University and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and then went on to practice law for four years. However, she chose to work for Thrivent because she loves working with individuals and couples to create a flexible, powerful financial plan.  

Camille loves to spend time with her husband, son, and puppy (Sherman), hike, ski, drink wine, run Ragnar races, travel, and fundraise for her favorite charities/non-profits. She like our Tough Against Cancer initiative and Seattle Children’s Hospital and Research Foundation, New Bethlehem Day Center, Eastside Legal Assistance Program just to name a few. On Sundays she attends Salt House Church in Kirkland and her favorite verse is Isaiah 40:31.

David, Financial Associate, is a Texas Tech University Graduate and has worked for the Cascade West Group since 2016. David manages client portfolios, conducts complex seminars and workshops, provides counseling and advice to members on products and advisory services, and spearheads research in security product recommendations for the team.  

David lives with his wife Katie in Spokane, WA and enjoys easy access to lakes and Eastern Oregon. 

David’s favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” 

Connie is passionate about helping people. She loves being a client specialist on the Cascade West Group because she enjoys the team atmosphere and participating in fundraising initiatives to support the community. Connie provides exceptional value to our clients by scheduling timely appointments and managing the team calendar. Connie has been a valued team member for the Cascade West Group since 2009. 

Connie loves spending time with her five grandchildren and her three great-grandchildren. She enjoys reading all different types of literature. Connie attends Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Kirkland. 

Monique, Marketing and Events Coordinator, joined the Cascade West Group in 2022. Monique brings a wealth of experience in financial services marketing and customer experience. Monique holds a degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University, a certificate in Marketing from the University of California San Diego, and a Certified Event Planner. 

Serving others and making a positive difference in her community is important to Monique. She enjoys attending 4word-Seattle, volunteering at botanical gardens, and attending Holy Family Church in Kirkland. 

Monique’s favorite bible verse is Phil 4:13, "I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Me." 

In 2017, Wendy became part of the team as the Customer Service Coordinator. Wendy provides a cohesive member experience and does a wonderful job ensuring everything runs smoothly! Wendy obtained her MBA in Marketing from Washington State University. 

Outside the office, Wendy enjoys restoring her 1914 home with her husband, reading, gardening, and spending time with her grandson. 

Wendy’s favorite bible verse is Philippians 4:6, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

Becky joined the Cascade West team in 2018 as an Office Professional to help with managing the Sequim office. Becky loves people and working part-time in a Christian environment.

When not at work, she likes hiking, reading and playing games with the family. She is active with the choir and bells at Faith Lutheran Church in Sequim, and plays clarinet with the Sequim City Band.

Karen is passionate about serving people and helping her community. Karen joined the Cascade West Group in 2022 as an Office Administrator after being a client for many years. Karen primarily works from the Sequim office and assists with client meetings, marketing, events, and special projects. 

Karen is active in the community and her church and loves spending time with her family.
