About Blueprint Financial Group
Our Origin
Blueprint Financial Group was born out of a shared commitment to doing things differently. Brittani and Omar built BFG with one belief at the center: clients deserve more than a transaction — they deserve a team that is genuinely invested in their success.
We built this firm to help business owners, athletes, and families make confident financial decisions during the moments that matter most.
We specialize in working with business owners preparing for transition and collegiate and professional athletes navigating NIL opportunities.
Our role is to provide clarity, structure, and long-term financial strategy during decisions that shape the future.
How We Work
What sets us apart is our focus on clarity and action.
We believe financial planning should not feel overwhelming or disconnected from real life. Instead, we work alongside our clients to simplify complex decisions and create strategies that are practical, personalized, and aligned with their goals.
Every conversation is designed to move toward clear next steps — not just ideas, but execution.
We Work With
Our work is centered around two key areas:
• Business Owners — helping prepare for business valuation, succession, and transition
• Athletes — helping navigate NIL income, taxes, and long-term financial planning
We recognize that both groups are making high-impact financial decisions, often without clear guidance, and we’re here to change that.

Hearts & Hands on Mission
We believe financial success should extend beyond our clients. Our team is actively involved in organizations across St. Louis that are creating meaningful change in the communities we serve.
