She is known for “going the extra mile” and she brings 25 years of financial services industry experience, along with an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship management, to support her clients’ success. When she’s not working, Eva can be found reading a book, spending time in the garden with her husband Kevin, or enjoying activities with her kids, Audrey and Grant.  

Hannah Rivard is a Practice Support Associate who supports our team through detailed documentation, task follow-through, and dedicated planning relationships. She brings a thoughtful, organized approach to supporting client experience.

Hannah previously worked as a public school teacher and continues to value education and clear communication. Outside of work, she enjoys archery, camping, reading, and spending time with her husband Brent and their sons, Howard and Nels.

Delight is our office administrator and expert scheduler, recognized for her exceptional organizational skills and talent for building efficient systems and processes. Before joining our team, she ran her own business as a professional organizer and served as an office manager and cat adoption manager at the Carver Scott Humane Society. In her free time, Delight enjoys studying scripture, spending time with her husband, Tom, and caring for her seven beloved feline companions.

Becky is a results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in relationship management, process improvement, and business operations. She has a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships while consistently delivering exceptional service. Becky excels at identifying operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement to support business goals. Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their dog, Ellie. She’s passionate about cooking, hiking, and knitting.

Sophia is an operations and administrative professional with experience coordinating complex projects and supporting client-facing teams. She is known for her adaptability, organization, and ability to bring clarity to fast-moving environments. Outside of work, Sophia enjoys gardening, playing the cello, coordinating creative projects, and enjoying life in downtown Minneapolis.

Theresa loves bringing people together through events that truly stand out. She’s passionate about marketing and creating experiences where every detail feels thoughtful and inviting. Life in Woodbury with her husband Jeff keeps her busy and happy—whether she’s volunteering, taking scenic drives, playing cribbage, cruising on her e-bike, or traveling to catch her favorite musicians. Add in football Sundays with family and friends, and you’ve got her happy place. For Theresa, what matters most is seeing the people she loves thrive.
