About Avra Schmitting

I'm proud to be a Thrivent financial professional. I provide personalized financial guidance to people at all stages of life. At Thrivent, we view money not as a goal, but as a tool — one that can afford you a life rich in meaning and gratitude. Avra started at the Thrivent Financial home office in 2013 in the call center, servicing annuities. She has also assisted private Thrivent Financial practices throughout the country as a remote office professional and case manager. In 2017, Avra joined the field as a Financial Associate educating clients about financial strategies, special needs planning as well as extended care and legacy strategies. Avra and her husband Shawn attend Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Green Bay where she plays the bass guitar and sings in the praise band, sings in the choir, participates in altar guild duties, and is an active member of Lutheran Women in Mission League for the local zone.
