My husband, Steve, and I love the home we’ve made in Central Montana. We’re the parents of three wonderful sons and have been blessed with two beautiful grandchildren. Our home is filled with laughter and music. I believe life is about finding joy and doing more with what you have. As a church musician, vocalist, volunteer director of a local hand bell choir, and member of the Helena Symphony Chorale, I enjoy sharing music with others. It’s our blessing and joy to give back to a variety of charities and our local church.

I’m thrilled my practice empowers nonprofits with education and financial resources that make a meaningful impact in our communities. I’ve been a wealth advisor with Thrivent since 2014, providing personalized financial guidance to people at all stages of life. At Thrivent, we view money not as a goal but as a tool - one that helps you live with purpose and gratitude.

What an amazing evening! Thank you so much to all of the volunteers who helped assemble and build 64 “First Night” bags for the Montana Foster Closet and to everyone who stopped by the office with diapers, pull ups, wipes and other donations. We are so grateful for your help and for the efforts of Luke and SarahBeth Watters, who are wrapping their arms around vulnerable children by helping them feel seen, valued, and supported in their greatest moment of need.

When children enter protective care, they often arrive with only the clothes on their back. The Montana Foster Closet helps meet their immediate needs and reminds them they are seen, valued, and cared for. They provide new clothing, shoes, essentials, and comfort items for children of all ages, along with “First Night Bags” filled with age-appropriate items to support kids on their first day in care. The First Night Bags are stored at Child and Family Service offices to provide each caseworker immediate access the moment a child enters protective care. The Foster Closet is in need of diapers and pull-ups (all sizes). Donations can be dropped off by Monday, April 6th at the office at 2600 Winne Ave, Suite B, Helena (Mon–Thurs, 8 AM–5 PM; closed 12–1 PM). Thank you for helping local children feel supported during a difficult time. Questions? Call 406-442-6091. Montana Foster Closet is not affiliated or endorsed by Thrivent. No products will be sold.
