About Atlas Financial Advisors

Our Thrivent team is comprised of financial professionals with expertise in many areas. However, we're all here for one reason - to serve you and your family at every stage of your life. We can assist younger and mid-career family members as they build retirement savings and acquire insurance to protect loved ones from the financial repercussions of unexpected circumstances. We can also help folks nearing, entering or living in retirement as they take steps to ensure they have enough income to support their needs. And we can help those at any stage of life who are ready to map out plans for transferring wealth to the next generation – or generations. In addition, our team members are united in the belief that everything we have is a gift from God. So we're prepared to assist if you want your family's financial plan to reflect commitments to stewardship and generosity.

Megan lives in Iowa Falls with husband, Andy and their 3 children. She enjoys camping, gardening, cooking, fishing, volunteering, and spending time with her busy family. Megan has been with Thrivent for 15 years. Megan is the Team's Case Manager and has obtained her Life, Health & Annuity License, along with her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. She handles investment accounts, application processing, brokerage accounts among other areas. Megan is licensed in IA.

Amy has been with Thrivent since November 2020 in our Iowa Falls office. She has been blessed with four children and enjoys crocheting, kayaking, hiking and rock hounding on the Iowa River. Amy has her Life and Health Insurance License in Iowa.

Sheena Renaud

Sheena lives in Iowa Falls, IA with her husband, Aaron, and their two children. She enjoys reading, volleyball, sunshine, and chasing her children to all their activities. She loves to travel and spend time with her extended family in Texas and South Carolina. Sheena previously worked for Thrivent from 2012-2021, and has returned as of August 2025.

Amy lives in Story City and has one adult daughter and son-in-law. She cherishes quality time with loved ones—especially visits with her daughter and son-in-law. Amy also loves long walks and working away at her latest craft project. Amy has worked with Thrivent since 1997 and Health and Life licensed. Amy’s areas of expertise are Death Claim Processing, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Long-Term Care.

Kim and her husband, Matt, reside in Story City, with their two children. Kim has been with the team for over a year and is the Story City office professional. Kim works to prep all representative files, update membership information and beneficiary changes, manage appointment schedules, and field inquiries from membership.

April lives in Radcliffe, IA and is the blessed mom of three very active kids. She enjoys spending time with friends and family. April has been with Thrivent since December 2024.

Lisa Alexander
Lisa AlexanderInsurance Office Professional

Lisa lives in Waverly, IA with her family. When not spending time with family, Lisa enjoys reading, traveling and working to rebuild a vintage camper. Lisa volunteers with several non-profit groups specializing in fundraising events. She is the coordinator of a sixth-grade Capstone program and has led several trips to Washington DC. Lisa has been with Thrivent since September 2020.
