About Ashley Tangeraas

I'm a mother of two beautiful children, a Cockalier and a rescue cat. My daughter, Annicka, is working in Los Angeles and finished UC Santa Cruz last year. My son, Alexander, is a student a Rio Americano High School and is big into football. We live in Campus Commons, but we spent a lot of time in Redding and Mt. Shasta. My boyfriend of ten years is a chiropractor in Redding, as well as my elderly parents that I serve as technical support to their 15-year old Mac computer.

I'm a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and periodically volunteer serving the unhoused dinners. I served as a board director and VP for my 590 home HOA, but I now spend much of my time advocating for homeowners' rights.

I am a very active person and love to sew, often making my own clothes. II love to play tennis and take evening bike rides on the American River Trail. My boyfriend and I also have a travel trailer that we enjoy taking to McCloud and Trinidad on the Humboldt County coast. We also enjoy sailing at Whiskeytown Lake and are often the only boat there.
