 When Troy is not in the office working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie and their two children, Brayden and Macie. Troy also loves some friendly competition and you can often find him on the tennis or basketball court. Troy is also an active members at Faith Lutheran Church serving as an elder and a Life Group Leader.

Jacob started his career with Thrivent in 2017 with the goal to help others. No matter where you are on your financial journey he will come along side to listen and help plan for how to achieve your goals. Jacob is a life-long St. Louis resident, and a proud graduate of Hancock High School. After high school, he graduated from University of Missouri – St. Louis with a B.S in Business Administration. In his free time you can find him golfing, going to St. Louis Cardinals games, or enjoying time with family. Jacob married his high school sweetheart Allie in 2020, and they both serve every week at Oak Bridge Community Church in South St. Louis.

Carol enjoys time with family and friends and her faith is very important to her.   Her biggest joy is spending time with her granddaughter, Emery.  She enjoys the outdoors, especially walking. Carol has been in financial services for over twelve years providing support to financial advisors and serving clients. 

She enjoys working for Thrivent because of the Christlike, upbeat and fun atmosphere; as well as the integrity displayed by the financial advisors she works for. They genuinely care for their members and are true servants as they seek to meet their clients financial needs and goals.  

Charli began her Thrivent journey nearly 10 years ago working on the Community Engagement Team. She is excited to now be a part of Troy's team helping provide the best experience for our members. When Charli is not at the South County office, she is spending time (hopefully outdoors) with her husband Drew and their two children, Andi and Halverson.
