Troy started his career at Thrivent in 2013 and has loved it ever since. His passion is finding what works for clients and helping them achieve their unique goals. Whether you are just starting out in your career or preparing for retirement, Troy can assess your situation and develop a financial strategy designed exclusively for you using a combination of solutions and strategies.  

Troy graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in finance. When Troy is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their two children, Brayden and Macie. He also loves friendly competition on the tennis or basketball court and coaching his kids’ sports teams. Troy is an active member at Faith Lutheran Church and serves as a Church Elder and Life Group Leader. In addition, he volunteers at the Pregnancy Help Center.

Jacob started his Thrivent career in 2017 with a goal of helping others. His areas of expertise include retirement planning, asset management, tax-efficiency planning, life insurance and long-term care. No matter where you are on your financial journey, he’s here to listen and help you work toward your goals.  

Jacob is a lifelong St. Louis resident and proud graduate of Hancock High School. After high school, he graduated from the University of Missouri – St. Louis with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. 

In his free time, you can find Jacob golfing, going to St. Louis Cardinals games or enjoying time with family. Jacob married his high school sweetheart, Allie, in 2020, and they were blessed with their first baby girl, Nora, in 2024. Jacob and Allie both attend and serve regularly at Oak Bridge Community Church in South St. Louis. Jacob also sponsors the Thrivent Terrific Tiger Award, which spotlights students in the Hancock School District.

TJ started working at Thrivent in 2023. He specializes in helping young families and career-driven individuals. He also focuses on family planning around generational wealth transfer. From helping you secure your family’s future to working toward your short- and long-term goals, TJ strives to provide the education and personalized services you need to make financial decisions with confidence.  

TJ is a St. Louis native and lifelong St. Louis Blues fan. He is a graduate of Trinity College and proud alum of Trinity’s NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey Team. In his free time, TJ enjoys coaching the 2011 St. Louis AAA Blues hockey team, playing golf and camping.

Carol began working as an office professional at Thrivent six years ago. She has 15 years of experience in financial services and feels blessed to have the opportunity to help clients with their financial needs and goals. Carol also appreciates our team’s values, transparency and dedication to client care. 

When she’s not in the office, Carol enjoys being with family and friends and practicing her faith. Her biggest joy is spending time with her granddaughter, Emery. She also loves the outdoors, especially going for walks. 

Charli began her Thrivent journey in 2011 by working on the Community Engagement Team. She joined Arch City Financial Advisors in 2020 and strives to provide the best possible experience for our clients.

When Charli is not at the South County office, she is spending time (hopefully outdoors) with her husband, Drew, and their children, Andi, Hal and Archer. She also enjoys volunteering at her kids’ school, traveling, hiking, swimming and trying new restaurants.
