About Andrew Pollack
After graduating from Queens University of Charlotte and working as a stockbroker for 3 years with Wells Fargo, my wife (Alyssa), dog (Luna), and cat (Selah), and I moved to Greenville, SC in 2024. We were looking for a place to set down roots and for a job I could see myself doing long term with a company I could be proud to work for.
That's what led me to Thrivent. The Christian values, high character colleagues, and robust services and products that Thrivent offers make it a company I am proud to be a part of and can genuinely believe in what I do.
At Thrivent, we offer comprehensive financial planning for people in all stages of life: married, single, young, old, new job, retired, self-employed, etc. Thrivent really does it all for whoever needs help and excels at protecting clients from the unexpected, managing money in a tax efficient way, helping people to retire confidently and thrive, and most importantly: being an expert on the people we serve.
We build a relationship here where money is a tool, not the goal. A tool that can provide freedom and relief from the stressful, chaotic world we often find ourselves in. As a colleague once put it to me, "We prepare people for the certainty of the uncertain."
I am passionate about helping those who are just starting their financial journey (for some that's later than others), answering people's questions, asking people questions they didn't know they needed to be asked, and building a strong connection with those who I am fortunate enough to be alongside.
I enjoy volunteering at my church, playing games (of all varieties), reading, and just connecting with others.
