Matthew has been in the financial planning industry since 2004. From life insurance needs to investment advice, and retirement planning - as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ he can do it all. Matt’s goal is to always seek the best interests of his clients and their goals. Matt has been happily married to his wife, Kacy, since 2007 and together they have five wonderful kids. As former foster parents who adopted three of their kids, they remain dedicated to helping kids in foster care, as well as many other in their community by being involved in various local non-profit organizations. Living out his Christian faith by being generous to others is one of the things he enjoys most. Being a part of the Thrivent community, Matt has been able to do this more than he could have done anywhere else. Matt is passionate about helping his clients learn to be wise with their money - so that they too can live generously.

Stephen began working with Thrivent in 2011, with the goal of owning his own business while empowering others in their financial journey. In 2022, he received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and the next year he became a Certified Kingdom Advisor®. Stephen and his high school sweetheart, Sally, have four children and a pup named Lucy. As a family they are members of North Pointe Church, love to travel to National Parks, and enjoy serving others in the community as well as in the Dominican Republic.

With a background in education and a passion for service, Kelly now uses her teaching skills to guide others through financial planning that aligns with their values and goals. Faith, family, and generosity are at the heart of her work, and she strives to make financial concepts simple and approachable. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys time with her husband, a local pastor, and their three children, as they stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and serve our community together.

Kim Frye has been with Thrivent for 17 years. Jesus is her CEO. He created Kim highly relational and passionate about serving others. She takes time with families to understand their goals & values. Kim is proud to be a Thrivent financial professional. She provides personalized financial guidance to people at all stages of life. Kim is blessed to be married to her college sweetheart since 1992. They have 3 sons, 1 daughter- in-law and the sweetest Labrador named “Lilly”. Outside of work she enjoys studying the Bible, walking, biking, coaching & playing basketball. Additionally, charities Kim loves to support are Beds 4 kids, Habitat for Humanity, World Vision and Kids Against Hunger.

Quinton has been in the financial services industry since 2019. Since then, he has enjoyed helping people develop comprehensive dedicated plans that include tax efficiency, personalized investment management, retirement income strategies, and estate wealth transfer preparations and implementation. In Quinton’s free time, he enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with his children. Quinton and his wife have been together since 2015 and have six children. Four of their six children have been adopted through the foster care system.

Katie is a dedicated Office Professional here at Thrivent with strong skills in multitasking and organization. She is also a commissioned Notary Public, providing reliable and detail-oriented service. Katie is a proud wife and mom of 5. Outside of work, she spend a lot of my time serving the next generation at her church through kids ministry. Katie has been with Thrivent since 2021 and looks forward to many more years with this great company.

Kacy Oleson is the wife of Matthew Oleson and mom of 5 kids. Kacy holds certifications in Visual Design and has worked in social media content for Escape Rooms and other entertainment venues. She brings these skills to the Advocate Wealth Advisors team as our Marketing Coordinator. Kacy has been with Thrivent since 2017 and loves what Thrivent stands for.

As a former educator and mom to four, Sally is proficient in multi-tasking! She is pivotal in our office's commitment to providing our clients with remarkable service and one-on-one attention. She and Steve make a great team in the office and out, as they are celebrating 29 years of marriage.

Christine plays an essential role in the St. Petersburg location, where her exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail help keep the office running smoothly. She and Steve make a strong and dedicated team, both professionally and personally. Married since 2009, they are proud parents of four daughters. Together, they share a passion for serving their community and church, always valuing the voices and stories of those around them.
