Craig and his wife, Janelle decided to join Thrivent in 1991, wanting to raise their children in Iowa and work with a company that shared their values of putting God first. Craig's passion is creating relationships and helping members live generously, by providing sound kingdom-based financial advice. When not working, Craig enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, studying the Bible, mission trips, and working on his acreage. He and Janelle have been married for 35 years and reside in Kingsley. They have two daughters, Megan and Rebecca, and are blessed with 6 grandchildren: Rachel, William, Jude, Emberly, Avery, and August.

Chad works with individuals and their families to serve as a resource in being wise with money, in the pursuit of understanding, reaching, and protecting financial goals. Personally, Chad enjoys social and community events in Siouxland. Philanthropy is important to him, so he is proud to be a part of this community, working alongside great people. In his free time, you would find Chad spending time with his family. He lives in Sioux City and is married to Aspen. They are blessed with three daughters, Oaklyn, Avery and Elsie.

Born and raised in Colorado, Alyssa moved to Iowa after finishing high school in 2013. She graduated from Simpson College three years later with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor in accounting. Shortly after moving to Iowa, she met her husband Spencer, and they were married in the summer of 2018. They have built their life together on an acreage east of Onawa, and now have two beautiful children named Walter and Lilah, along with a cat named Nala.

Ariel is most likely the first person you will connect with when calling or stopping into our office. She joined the team at the end of 2022. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2016 with degrees in theatre arts and mathematics. Ariel is married to her wonderful husband, Adam. The couple live in Sioux City with a very spoiled cat, Kitty and their first child on the way. In her free time, Ariel likes to cheer on the Hawkeyes and caddie her husband on the golf course.
