Craig and his wife, Janelle decided to join Thrivent in 1991, wanting to raise their children in Iowa and work with a company that shared their values of putting God first. Craig's passion is creating relationships and helping members live generously, by providing sound kingdom-based financial advice. When not working, Craig enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, studying the Bible, mission trips, and working on his acreage. He and Janelle have been married for 35 years and reside in Kingsley. They have two daughters, Megan and Rebecca, and are blessed with 6 grandchildren: Rachel, William, Jude, Emberly, Avery, and August.

Chad works with individuals and their families to serve as a resource in being wise with money, in the pursuit of understanding, reaching, and protecting financial goals. Chad joined Thrivent in 2013, and for over a decade he has only grown more passionate in the work we do. Personally, Chad enjoys social and community events in Siouxland. He is proud to be a part of this community, working alongside great people. In his free time, you would find Chad spending time with his family. He lives in Sioux City and is married to Aspen. They are blessed with three daughters, Oaklyn, Avery and Elsie.

Born and raised in Colorado, Alyssa moved to Iowa after finishing high school in 2013. She graduated from Simpson College three years later with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor in accounting. Shortly after moving to Iowa, she met her husband Spencer, and they were married in the summer of 2018. They have built their life together on an acreage east of Onawa, and now have two beautiful children named Walter and Lilah, along with a cat named Nala.

Ariel supports all three reps in a multitude of ways, having joined the team in 2022. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2016 with degrees in mathematics and theatre arts. Ariel is married to her wonderful husband, Adam. They have an energetic 1 year old son and mischievous cat, which keep them busy. In her free time, Ariel likes to cheer on the Iowa Hawkeyes, Pittsburgh Steelers and spend time outdoors with her family.

I am grateful for the opportunity to support our clients and advisors each day as we work together to create clarity, confidence, and ease in their financial journey. I believe every strong client relationship begins with trust, and I take pride in helping ensure our office runs smoothly so each person we serve feels cared for, heard, and supported.

I joined Thrivent to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes helping our advisors focus fully on the people and community they serve. It’s rewarding to be part of a team committed to guiding people through life’s many chapters.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking, and helping on my family’s farm when I can. Community is important to me, and I love supporting my church by teaching Religious Education on Wednesday nights to the preschool class. I am also grateful for time spent with friends and family, who keep life fun, full, and grounded.
