About Josh Duesterbeck

Josh is a Delavan native and has a heart for connecting people to a career that inspires them, giving their day to day more purpose. He started his career in the structural engineering space before moving into finance in 2005. He joined Thrivent as an advisor in 2015 and moved into Leadership in 2018. His current role for the Fortune 500 company is Market Vice President for Southern Wisconsin. Outside of work, Josh serves the community through his board positions with Delavan – Darien Scholarship Foundation and Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with School. Josh resides in Delavan with his wife Sarah and their two children, Jacob and Charles.
