I love to work with individuals and couples in the years leading up to retirement. So often, families do a great job of saving, but the accounts are scattered, they have questions about social security and Roth conversions. They just can't see the full picture of what retirement will look like. I enjoy the challenge of making all of the pieces fit together and showing couples that their retirement goals are attainable, either because they have saved enough or because we've created a plan and will work together to make it happen!

I am originally from Kohler, Wisconsin, and I bleed green and gold. I graduated from Ripon College with a major in Business, and a minor in Communication. I started my career with Thrivent, and I have been here ever since. In those years, I have been in a number of roles with the organization, but working with members is my favorite. 

I live right here in Crystal Lake with my husband, Rich, and daughters, Lily and Morgan. We enjoy camping, traveling, boating, and gardening.

I have been with Thrivent since 2017, but I've been working in the accounting/financial industry since I graduated college. Throughout my working life, I have thrived on, and aspired to, making a difference in people’s lives. I especially love helping clients plan for their financial future on matters that are important to them. I enjoy helping clients navigate through the sometimes complex world of retirement strategies and tax-efficient ways to manage your money.

I was born and raised in the McHenry County community, spending most of my childhood in Fox River Grove, IL and now raising my family in Huntley, IL. I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my husband, two young daughters, and our new puppy.

I LOVE puzzling through the college application, acceptance, and payment process. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a family go from overwhelmed, "Oh no, how are we going to pay for college?" panic to "We are so excited to start this new stage in our lives!"

I love working with families to help them find financial clarity, live lives full of meaning and gratitude today, and guide them towards financial choices to reach their goals for tomorrow.

I started my career with Thrivent in the spring of 2021, after 10 years working in Nonprofit Fundraising, and was drawn to Thrivent as an organization dedicated to serving others and living our faith through everyday generosity.

I grew up in the Milwaukee area and joined the team while my family was living in Crystal Lake (where I rekindled an old friendship with Amy). I now live in Oconomowoc with my husband, John, three children, Maggie, Kate, and Colt, and our bulldog, Augie. When I'm not helping families, you can find us rock climbing at Devil's Lake, relaxing in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, or fixing up our old farmhouse!
