After successfully working as independent Thrivent financial advisors for several years, Nick Rasmussen and Roger Schlichting decided to form a practice together in 2019, and that’s when Wellspring Advisor Group was born.

Nick and Roger came together after realizing they had complementary ideals and skillsets, along with unique perspectives gained from belonging to different generations. Our intergenerational team now includes several employees who have expertise in a variety of areas.
