Isaac is a Financial Advisor, whose goal is to establish an ongoing financial relationship with his clients to help them reach their financial goals. He grew up in a family centered on business. From a young age, he worked in their warehouses and talked shop over the dinner table. HIs passion for business combined with a passion for discovering the world, led him to work abroad for over a decade, primarily in business schools. Now, he is back in his hometown, working with young people, families, and people approaching, and in retirement. He provides a holistic approach that aligns your goals and values with your financial plan.

Isaac is married with one young son, who attends local school in the East Isles neighborhood. His wife is an immigrant from Tunisia, and they celebrate the diverse background in their family. His personal background has led to involvement with immigrant communities in Minneapolis. He also enjoys reading nonfiction, hiking and international cuisine.

Dan is a financial advisor and MBA, providing financial guidance and wholistic planning to individuals, families, small-businesses, and non-profit organizations. As a business leader with 30+ years of professional business consulting with executives, business leaders, and Fortune 500 organizations, Dan helps bring simple solutions to complex business problems. His expertise in managing corporate budgets, and understanding of finance and planning, supports tight family budgets by offering real solutions for multi-generational needs.

Married to his wife Connie with four children, Dan volunteers with Feed My Starving Children, men’s ministry, global missions, and coaching. Dan and family enjoy hiking the national parks, the great outdoors, and new-found passion - pickleball!  

Chris Johnson has been an intern with the team as an Office Professional since May 2021. Specifically, Chris supports Scot Kretzschmar by assisting with back-office analytical work. This kind of work is perfect for Chris, as it satisfies his analytical way of thinking. While Chris has been an intern, he finished up school at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, graduating from the Carlson School of Management in December 2022.

Chris has lived in Minnesota his whole life, growing up in Lakeville and recently moving to a house in Plymouth. Living in Minnesota his whole life has turned Chris into a long-suffering die-hard MN sports fan, especially the Vikings and Golden Gophers. If Chris could be anywhere, it would be in his seat at U.S. Bank stadium where he and his family have season tickets.

Tina has worked for Scot and the team in the Burnsville Office since 2019. She enjoys helping to make sure they have a smooth and efficient running practice. She has a wide range of duties from clients scheduling, meeting prep and follow up, to planning client events for all to enjoy. She is often the first-person clients see when they come to the office, always greeting them with a smile.

She has been married to Brett since 1995. They have two adult children and currently lives in Lakeville, MN (although she grew up in SE Washington State and has lived in Philadelphia, Boston, Kansas City and Washington DC over the years as well). Tina enjoys supporting her kids in their activities and sports, hiking, running outside and is learning to enjoy yoga!
