Our team

Jordan is a practice veteran who started working on the Via team in 2008. He is a financial consultant specializing in financial planning, investments, and risk management. He focuses on getting to know his clients and their unique priorities so he can help them pave a path to their dreams.  

Jordan grew up in Greeley, Colorado, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2002. Jordan and his wife, Diana, reside in Berthoud, Colorado, and have three sons: Seth, Tucker, and Eliot.  

In his free time, Jordan loves being with his best friend (a.k.a., wife) and their children. He likes skiing, rock climbing, backpacking, camping, spending time in the mountains, and traveling. He also enjoys the occasional long-distance paddling trip to the Boundary Waters or San Juan Islands. 

Jordan and his wife are active members of Grace Place Church where he serves in church leadership and coordinates a three-times-yearly Car Care Clinic that provides oil changes and vehicle inspections for single mothers and widows.  

Nate is a financial consultant who joined Thrivent in 2012. He specializes in financial planning, tax analysis, retirement planning and investment management. Nate loves Thrivent’s culture of generosity and enjoys working closely with clients and their families to help them achieve their financial goals. According to Nate, working at Thrivent isn’t just a job, it’s a calling and a way to make a difference in the lives of others.  

Nate grew up in Highlands Ranch and received a bachelor’s degree in social science from Colorado Christian University in 2005. He worked as a wholesaler at Jackson National supporting other financial advisors from 2006 to 2012. Nate currently resides in Longmont, Colorado.   

When he’s not working, Nate loves spending time with his amazing wife, Laura, and their four kids: Caleb, Elijah, Anna and Eve. As a family, they enjoy playing tennis and pickleball, traveling, reading and listening to jazz music on slow Saturday mornings. Nate and his family are members of Grace Evangelical Free Church where he leads a small group and plays drums for the church music team. He and his wife also volunteer for the church’s kids’ ministry.  

Aaron joined the Via team in June 2020. He is our operations manager and loves collaborating behind the scenes to provide clients with an exceptional experience.  

Aaron was born and raised among the rolling hills of eastern Washington state. He attended the University of Idaho in Moscow where he met his beautiful wife, Joanna. In 2019, Aaron and his family moved to Longmont, Colorado to be closer to family. Aaron and Joanna have four children: Hannah, Gideon, Nora, and Lucia.  

Aaron’s passions include baseball, writing, and faith. He employs his passion for baseball by overseeing an informal baseball league that serves foster kids and those with limited access to traditional youth baseball leagues. 

Christian joined Thrivent in 2016 and works remotely from Minnesota as Via’s licensed office professional. He loves coming up with measurable, creative solutions that can positively impact his clients’ lives and their communities.   

Christian grew up in the north woods of Minnesota’s Iron Range. He earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from the United States Naval Academy. He worked in a variety of roles at Thrivent before joining Via Financial Consultants, including as a financial advisor, paraplanner and a compliance analyst for the Thrivent Advisor Network.   

Christian recently moved to the Twin Cities suburb of Apple Valley, where he lives with his wife, Katie, and their daughter, Maggie. They enjoy traveling, learning new things and playing games. Christian also likes home renovation projects, jigsaw puzzles, science fiction and video games. In addition, he serves on the board of directors for FARMS International, which is a nonprofit organization that offers zero-percent business loans to entrepreneurs in developing nations.  

Ryan and his family recently moved to Wichita, Kansas, but he still does joint field work with this team via conference calls, Zoom meetings and occasional visits to Colorado. 

Ryan and his wife, Rachel, have four children: Erika, Aiden, Audrey and Elliana. They enjoy musicals, track meets, Celtic music, gymnastics and camping. 

Jennifer is the newest member as an Office Manager who joined Thrivent in 2024. With a background in hospitality, she is eager to assist clients with any questions and needs that better their financial clarity.

Jennifer was born in Fort Collins, Colorado. Although she’s moved a lot throughout the state, she feels most at home in her native city. She received her associate’s degree from Front Range Community College and endured EMT and Personal Trainer certifications.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys volunteering at the Windsor/Severance Fire Museum, hiking, cooking, outdoor activities, music, and spending time with friends and family. She is a member of Vineyard Church of the Rockies where she is involved in small groups and hopes to join the worship team.
