About Tracy Olson
I was blessed with a family that valued the “Three H’s”: Honesty, Helpfulness, and Hard Work. My working career started on a farm at 15 where I enjoyed seeing the results of my labor. I worked my way through college and beyond, pushing a broom until I was given an opportunity to become a manager for a Freightliner dealer. While I was in that position, I found myself sitting down with new hires and exploring the “WHY” being saving for retirement and the importance of looking at the broader picture in life. I thought back to the Three H’s and wanted to give them the best advice I could. I eventually sat down with my own financial advisor, Dave Hovden, who was looking to add a member to his team… and the rest, they say, is history! Now I’m proud to be a financial professional! This career provides me the opportunity to be a guide, to be a resource in moments of worry, and to develop trusting relationships with my clients. I look forward to helping them make decisions that impact their future financial picture, no matter where they are in life today.
When I am not in the office, I am trying to keep up with my family’s growing list of activities. My family includes my wife, Kari, and two kids, Kira and Cory. I enjoy taking motorcycle rides with all of them (and by myself, of course). We also like to work on puzzles together, and we frame them to keep track of the ones we created. In the summertime, we like to ride bikes together and go geocaching.
