About Thomas Brooke

I’ve always been the kind of person who fixes things—around the house, on a spreadsheet, or in conversations that matter. I didn’t set out to be a financial planner; I set out to help people. Financial planning just happened to be one of the best ways to do that.

Over time, I began to realize that my clients weren’t chasing "more"—they were seeking something deeper: confidence and clarity about what really matters. What they wanted, more than anything, were purpose-filled days. Days where their time, money, and energy lined up with their values. Days that felt whole.

That’s where my work lives—at the intersection of practical planning and meaningful living. Whether I’m helping a family steward their resources, walking alongside a business owner through transition, or talking with someone about what legacy really means—I’m helping them build toward more of the days they’d choose again.

My job isn’t to impress. It’s to listen well, plan thoroughly, and help people live with intention.

Because a good plan isn’t just about retirement or returns—it’s about creating a life that feels right, now and in the years to come.

Let’s plan for more purpose-filled days.

Family First. Faith Always.

At Thrivent, we believe that family is a gift from God - and that managing our finances well is one way that we honor that gift.

Our mission is to help families steward their resources wisely, so they can provide for today, prepare for tomorrow, and bless future generations. Whether you're navigating major life changes, planning for retirement, or dreaming about what kind of legacy you want to leave, we're here to offer guidance rooted in biblical principles and practical wisdom.

We know that life changes - kids grow up, parents age, and new opportunities arise. That's why we're here to walk alongside you at every stage. We're not just building portfolios - we're building lifelong relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to what matters most: family.

When you work with us, you're more than a client - you're a part of our extended family in faith. And we're honored to walk with you as you build a future that reflects both your values and your vision.

Building More Than Wealth

When I'm not helping clients plan for their financial futures, you can often find me out on a Habitat for Humanity build site — in jeans and work boots, hammer in hand. Volunteering with Habitat has become a meaningful way for me to give back and stay connected to my community.

I’ve always believed that everyone deserves a strong foundation — financially and literally. Being part of a team that helps build safe, affordable homes for families is incredibly rewarding. It's hands-on, humbling, and reminds me that the work we do in finance is ultimately about creating security and peace of mind — just like a stable home does. I also enjoy getting others involved. Over the years, I’ve several organized builds with colleagues and clients.

For me, it’s not just about dollars and cents — it’s about people, purpose, and making a positive impact wherever I can.

Serving with One Eighty

Outside of my work as a financial advisor, I’m grateful to serve with an organization that’s incredibly close to my heart — One Eighty, a faith-based nonprofit that helps individuals overcome addiction, find healing, and rebuild their lives through the power of Christ.

My volunteer work with One Eighty has been both humbling and transformative. Whether it’s mentoring, supporting job-readiness programs, or simply showing up to listen and encourage, I’ve had the opportunity to walk alongside some truly courageous people on their journey to recovery and renewal.

What I love about One Eighty is that it’s not just about breaking addiction — it’s about restoring hope, dignity, and purpose. It aligns closely with how I approach my work in financial planning: helping people take control of their future, make wise decisions, and move forward with confidence.

Faith is at the center of what I do, both professionally and personally. Volunteering with One Eighty gives me a chance to live that out — to serve others, build relationships, and be part of something bigger than myself.
