Our team

Joel has been with Thrivent for 25 years and spent 14 of those years in leadership to help tenured financial advisors grow their businesses and new financial advisors launch their careers. These days, Joel helps clients meet their financial goals and plan for a comfortable retirement by providing personalized strategies and advice based on their unique situations. He holds the FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses. Joel graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with bachelor’s degrees in architectural engineering and management systems.  

Joel is a member of the Fox Valley Lutheran High School Board of Regents, as well as a finance committee member for the high school. He also coaches basketball and soccer at St. Mark Lutheran School. Joel and his wife, Sarah, have been married since 2000. They have five children, ages 12 to 22. His family enjoys sports activities, whether watching or playing, particularly basketball, soccer and football. They also love to play board games and spend time with their extended family. 

Pam has been with Thrivent for the past 14 years, 25 years in the industry. She loves helping clients work toward their financial goals with confidence and clarity. Prior to joining Third Coast Financial Consultants, Pam ran her own Thrivent practice and worked in regional development as part of the leadership team. She holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. In addition, Pam has obtained the Certification in Long-Term Care designation.

Pam and her husband, Brian, have been married for 17 years and have three kids: 15-year-old Payton, 12-year-old McKinley and 11-year-old Bennett. They attend St. Mark Lutheran Church and School. Pam and Brian spend a lot of time coaching and watching their kids’ basketball, softball and baseball games. When she’s not at work or on the court, Pam enjoys spending time at her family’s cottage and traveling.

Jerrad began his career at Thrivent in 2018 after working for 12 years in different roles for the Madison Mallards, Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and Green Bay Packers. He is passionate about crafting financial plans for clients of all backgrounds and ages. Jerrad holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He graduated from Winona State University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and journalism.  

Jerrad and his wife, Ellen, have been married since 2017, and have two daughters, Steele and Sterling. They are members of Resurrection Catholic Church in Allouez. Jerrad enjoys golfing, playing pickle ball, reading and spending time up north on the lake with his family.  

Kate joined our team in February 2024, bringing with her a diverse background that spans multiple industries, including medical, travel and logistics. Her broad experience has equipped her with a versatile skill set, enabling her to adapt to various business needs and contribute meaningfully across different functions. 

Outside of work, Kate is a dedicated parent to her four-year-old son, and they enjoy exploring new places together. Passionate about creativity and wellness, Kate spends her time painting in watercolors, cooking and practicing Pilates—effortlessly balancing her professional and personal pursuits with enthusiasm and joy. 

After spending almost 10 years as a stay-at-home mom, Becky took a leap of faith and joined our team in 2023. Drawing on her years of experience in insurance, hospitality and education, she strives to provide an excellent client experience during every interaction. Becky is always looking for new opportunities to serve our clients with care and compassion, and she is a great asset to our team. 

Becky and her husband, Jed, have four children who are active in several sports and other co-curricular groups. In her free time, she volunteers for a variety of programs at the schools, participates in several parent groups and enjoys a good book. Becky and her family are members of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Green Bay.
