Born and raised in Cottage Grove, Dan joined Thrivent in 2004 after graduating from Gustavus Adolphus with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Anyone who knows Dan well knows his biggest hero is MacGyver. Like MacGyver, Dan is a creative problem solver who tries to take whatever is in front of him and find the most efficient and effective solution.  

Dan is actively involved in the Cottage Grove, Hastings and Woodbury Area Chambers of Commerce. He also serves on the Economic Development Authority for the City of Cottage Grove and is always finding ways to support local community organizations.

She also strives to educate and empower people to live in alignment with their values and goals.  

In her free time, you can find Courtney loving up her family. She, her husband, Dan, and their children, Wren, Quincy and Severin, live in Cottage Grove and are active members of Crossroads Church. Courtney is true animal advocate and often fosters animals waiting patiently for their fur-ever homes.

Andrew is especially adept at implementing investment solutions and complex financial planning strategies for high-net-worth households. Andrew is also passionate about teaching others how to invest responsibly and loves helping clients integrate their personal values into their portfolio.  

South Saint Paul is home to Andrew, his wife, Jenna, and their three elementary-age children. He is actively engaged in youth sports programs and serves as a board member for Dakota Soccer Club. His extensive experience in the nonprofit sector translates naturally to helping clients and spreading generosity in the community. Brad also has a heart for education—whether it be teaching a new concept or learning from others—and he’s always looking for ways to make his time with clients valuable. Many have said that Brad’s best trait is being able to turn complex scenarios into understandable solutions that can be implemented with ease. 

In Brad’s free time, he attends and serves at Eagle Brook Church, coaches on the ballfield and visits waterparks across the Twin Cities with his wife, Kristina, and their three children, Charlotte, Camden and Crosley.

After being born and raised in Northeast Wisconsin, he graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in mass communications and then worked for Coca-Cola for 12 years before joining Thrivent. Josh loves building relationships with clients and setting up a clear path to help them achieve their short- and long-term goals.  

Josh lives in Woodbury with his wife, Shannon, their one-year-old son, Jace, and their Vizsla, Vinny. In his spare time, Josh can be found attending any and all Gophers sporting events. He is also a proud owner of the Green Bay Packers and is passionately involved at Eagle Brook Church.

Dawn loves the Minnesota Wild, Minnesota Gophers and rescuing pugs.

Sophia joined the Myer’s in 2022, bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm cultivated during her studies at Grand Canyon University. Majoring in Finance and Economics, alongside a minor in Entrepreneurship, Sophia quickly established herself as a driven professional.

 

Sophia grew up in New Prague, MN where her journey in finance began, working at a small bank throughout high school. Beyond her professional endeavors, Sophia finds joy in traveling, attending concerts, and cherishing moments her 5 little siblings. Her vibrant personality and genuine passion for connecting with others drive her both inside and outside the office.

Arlene is the founder of what has grown into the Myers team. She has been with Thrivent since 1996 and specializes in helping clients navigate Medicare.

Noah Johnson
Operations Manager

Noah joined Thrivent in August 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in leadership, client service, and community engagement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MBA from Hamline University. Before joining Thrivent, Noah spent seven years with Wells Fargo Advisors, where he led their licensed Distribution Consulting Services team, honing his skills in team leadership and strategic client management.


Beyond his professional accomplishments, Noah volunteers with organizations such as Surly Gives A Damn, Dangerous Man Volunteers, and Dark Clouds Silver Lining.


Noah loves sports and is part of the World Adult Kickball Association and a member of his local HockeyFinder group. He also enjoys cycling, participating in the MS150 ride and supporting the Minnesota United Football Club.
