In 2000, Tara was introduced into the financial business by her grandfather, Ken Campbell. His goal was to start her in a career that would allow her the opportunity to grow in a field with a significant purpose. In her pursuit of serving in a more impactful way, her path was directed to Thrivent in 2006.

Today, Tara is committed to helping individuals and families build a strong financial foundation and guide those who are nearing retirement to retire confidently. She does this by not only partnering alongside as a guide but also educating them in options, strategies, and products. Tara takes the same care of her clients as she devotes to her own family. During her tenure, Tara has held roles from operations to management and developing her own practice. This wide array of roles has allowed Tara to build invaluable expertise that she is able to pass along to her clients.

Tara is committed to lifelong growth by acquiring advanced designations, improving practices, and expanding strategies so she can better serve her clients. She is also fortunate to have great mentors in Thrivent colleagues who she works closely with. Their decades of financial experience has proven to be valuable, however the most important lesson is that of guiding client’s through a personal long term relationship.

Tara lives with her husband, Carlos and two children Nathan age 18 and Olivia age 9 in Rancho Cucamonga. In their free time, they enjoy camping and off-roading in their Jeep. They are members of Water of Life Community Church. As an Alumni of Bishop Amat Memorial High School, Tara and Carlos are involved in their athletic programs and fundraising efforts to support the advancement of a Christ-centered education.

Carlos joins us after over a decade in real estate. During this time, he learned how to serve first, manage a practice, valuable marketing skills & team leadership. As Office Manager, his primary role is maintaining constant communication not only between the team but also with our clients going deeper in fellowship & building lasting relationships.

On his down time, Carlos enjoys spending time with family, cooking and camping at the beach or in Yosemite.

Darcy has been with Thrivent since 2008 and began her Thrivent career in Mutual Funds. She has expertise with all Thrivent systems and practice efficiencies and functions as liaison to achieve workflow and solutions. Outside of work she has a high schooler, one dog, six cats, and enjoys hiking and crafting. 

Tanya has been with Thrivent since 2019 and began her Thrivent career in Annuity New Business. She has strong attention to detail and organization skills and enjoys working in multiple systems. Outside of work she likes to spend time with her family, read and travel.  

Kyle has been with Thrivent since 2021 and began his career in Mutual Funds. He has a background in accounting and over 15 years’ experience in customer service. Outside of work he enjoys watching and playing sports when there’s time, but mostly spending time with his wife, and two small children.
