After graduating college, I wanted to work with my father and joined his practice at Thrivent. For the past 32 years it has been an honor to continue my father's work providing financial guidance and also to live out my faith and values working with a Christian company. In 2006 I chose to pursue the Certified Financial Planner designation so I could work with clients on more comprehensive financial planning. My wife Monique, son Luke and I are members of Faith Lutheran Church and enjoy participating in outreach activities to our local community.

Retirement Planning Built for Real Life
Dedicated Planning is a comprehensive approach to retirement designed to answer the questions that matter most—clearly, realistically, and proactively.
Instead of assumptions or generic projections, we create a plan that shows how your financial decisions work together over time.
What Dedicated Planning Helps You Answer
How much can I safely spend in retirement?
We translate your assets and income sources into a sustainable retirement spending plan adjusted for inflation and lifestyle goals.
What is the likelihood my plan will succeed?
We evaluate your probability of long‑term success by stress‑testing your plan against market volatility, longevity, and rising costs.
When can I retire with confidence?
We identify realistic retirement timelines and show how different choices affect your outcome.
How should my investments support retirement income?
Your portfolio is aligned with income needs, growth, and risk—before and after retirement.
When should I claim Social Security?
We analyze claiming strategies to help maximize lifetime benefits while coordinating with taxes and other income sources.
How tax‑efficient is my retirement strategy?
We look for ways to reduce lifetime taxes through smarter withdrawal sequencing and account positioning.
What risks am I not seeing?
Dedicated Planning identifies hidden risks—market timing, healthcare costs, inflation, and tax mistakes—before they threaten your retirement.
Why Dedicated Planning Matters
Retirement planning isn’t about hitting a number—it’s about creating clarity and confidence, so every decision supports the life you want to live.
