Tara Sibrian is the lead financial advisor and co‑founder of the Sibrian Financial Team, where she has the privilege of working alongside her husband, Carlos, and a dedicated group of professionals who share a commitment to serving others well.

Tara’s path into financial services began in 2000, inspired by her grandfather, Ken Campbell, who believed this profession offered a unique opportunity to grow, serve, and make a lasting impact. That calling led her to Thrivent in 2006, where she found a deep sense of purpose helping individuals and families navigate their financial lives with confidence and clarity.

Today, Tara partners with clients to build strong financial foundations, thoughtfully plan for the future, and prepare for retirement with intention. She is known for her relational, education‑focused approach—walking alongside clients, simplifying complex decisions, and providing guidance with the same care and attention she gives her own family. For Tara, financial planning is about more than strategies and numbers; it’s about trust, understanding, and long‑term relationships. Throughout her career, Tara has served in a variety of roles spanning operations, leadership, and practice development. These experiences have shaped her holistic perspective and strengthened her ability to support clients through every stage of life. She is committed to continual learning and professional growth, pursuing advanced strategies and education to better serve those she works with, and she is deeply grateful for the mentors and colleagues at Thrivent who have influenced her journey.

Outside of the office, Tara lives in Rancho Cucamonga with Carlos and their two children, Nathan and Olivia. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors—especially camping and off‑roading in their Jeep. Tara and her family are active members of Water of Life Community Church, and as a Bishop Amat alum, she remains involved in supporting the school’s athletics and fundraising efforts.
