Along with providing transparent, holistic financial advice to help clients work toward their greater life purpose, Roots Financial Group specializes in assisting student and certified registered nurse anesthetists with their financial needs. Natalie developed a passion for assisting advanced practioners while helping her sister-in-law navigate her finances before, during, and after attending CRNA school. Now, Roots Financial Group helps SRNAs and CRNAs throughout the U.S. tackle their unique financial challenges and plan for the future.

• Assisting prospective and current CRNA students as they explore financial aid, grants, scholarships and other means of paying for school.  
• Developing strategies to help CRNAs to pay off their student loans, build wealth and gain financial security and protection for themselves and their loved ones.  
• Analyzing different employment status options and their unique benefits, such as W2, PRN, and 1099. 
• Evaluating and comparing employment offers, employer provided benefits and developing strategies for possible gaps.
