Our team

Natalie (she/her) joined Thrivent in 2002 and is the founder of Roots Financial Group. Along with managing the practice and providing transparent, holistic advice to clients, she specializes in assisting student and certified registered nurse anesthetists with their financial needs.  

Natalie graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2002. She is also an alumni of Thrivent's Executive Advisory Team (2018-2022) and Thrivent's Advice Advisory Team (March 2022-April 2023), that builds a collaborative space for field and corporate partners to share ideas, resolve pressing issues and prioritize strategic initiatives. 

Married in 2005, Natalie and her husband, Greg, have a son, Finley. In her free time, Natalie enjoys yoga, singing, playing hockey, watching her son play hockey, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers.

Beth (she/her) has been with Thrivent for more than five years and joined Roots Financial Group in 2022. Prior to Thrivent, she spent 15 years working as a donor advisor for a variety of regional, national and international non-profit organizations. Her extensive background in charitable gift planning made her transition to financial services a natural one.  

Beth provides dedicated planning services to clients and is focused on serving those who want to include giving in their financial plan. She also specializes in helping women feel confident in their financial future and prioritizes the needs of the LGBTQ+ community and allies.  Additionally, as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Beth enjoys working with Small Business Owners who want to discover their next adventure.

Beth has a long history of giving back with her time and as a donor to a variety causes. Currently, she is a Member of the Board of Directors for YWCA of Carlisle and Cumberland County and serves on their Fund Development Commitee. She is also a member of TransCentralPA, the Keystone Business Alliance (the LGBT Chamber of Commerce in Central PA) and the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce. She has also recently served as a volunteer for the Fund for Women and Girls at TFEC, Project SHARE, and various other non-profits in the region.

Diane (she/her) joined Thrivent in 2018 and began working for Roots Financial Group in 2023. She attends meetings with Natalie to take notes, help with the implementation of advice and communicate needs to other members of our team.  

Diane has a bachelor’s degree in education from Shippensburg University. She attends Bender’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and is involved with Gettysburg Area Dollars for Scholars.  

Diane has a son, Samuel, who is in college, and two cats, Harriet and Andi. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and walking.  

Prior to joining Thrivent in 2022, Aaron Dilliplane (he/him) held a variety of positions in the non-profit sector. Motivated by a desire to help others achieve financial clarity, Aaron joined Roots Financial Group in 2023.  

Aaron lives in South Jersey with his wife, Lauren, and daughter, Alana. He enjoys cooking, reading and hiking. He is a big sports fan, particularly of the Phillies, Eagles and Liverpool FC.  

Elyse (she/her) joined Thrivent in 2021. She is an integral part of our practice as she keeps the team running smoothly. She assists in scheduling and answering many client questions.  

She and her husband, Rich, have two daughters. One of her favorite activities is going to the beach with her family.  

Jack joined Roots Financial Group in May 2024. She has a background in regional theatre, hospitality and customer service and enjoys serving our clients and team.  

In her free time, Jack enjoys knitting, crocheting and playing Dungeons & Dragons. She also loves hanging out with her three cats: Honey Bunches of Oats, Max and Binx.  

As a Chartered Special Needs Consultant, Hannah (she/her) focus' her practice around serving individuals and their loved ones with disabilities, health concerns, transitional and complex resource planning. She brings a unique perspective not only as a parent to a child with multiple medical complexities but as an adult with a mobility disability. She understands the complexities that such planning entails and knows how critical it is to work with professionals who understand those complexities. Hannah is located in Medina, OH but works virtually with individuals throughout the country.

Anthony (he/him) has had the luxury of working for Thrivent for almost all his adult life. He's met many fantastic people during this time who have become clients and friends. He is here to serve you; whether you are just starting your first job, in the middle of your career or already enjoying retirement. He believes there is value in having an ongoing face to face relationship with your financial professional. In his free time he enjoys fishing, gardening, cooking, being outdoors and watching Philadelphia sports. He currently serves on a volunteer board for Horsham Township.
