St. John Church Roof Repair

Teamed up with the community to raise funds for a much need roof repair.

One of our past events was able to raise $10,000 with the support of members and Thrivent Community matching:

St. John Lutheran Church works on 'Growing in God's Word & Sharing Jesus with Everyone' to make an impact in our community. This fall they asked for the congregation’s help using Thrivent matching funds for a hybrid online and in-person event. The flat roof was in need of significant repair. Thrivent was able to come together and make a difference for this church. For every $2 donated online through the fundraising page (hosted by Thrivent), Thrivent donated an additional $1 and they reached their maximum donation of $3,000…$10,000 over all.
