I love working with individuals and families to bring the pieces of their financial puzzle together. Building a personal relationship allows me to provide financial guidance based on what’s important to you. I count it a privilege that I am able to serve as a partner to my clients on their financial journey, understanding that finances can be a vulnerable, private, and overwhelming topic. My goal is help you to be wise with money so you can be equipped to serve your family and live generously! At the heart of Thrivent are the values of faith, community, and generosity. Those are values I share. In addition to my work at Thrivent, I am also a wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend. I am an active member at St. John’s Lutheran Church. I enjoy being able to create a generous world view for my children, Kaleb and Kiersten, by involving them in serving our church and community through participation in Thrivent Action teams and other Thrivent generosity initiatives.

Tracy is the Operations Manager for Radiance Financial Group. She is a mother to three wonderful kids and married to her high school sweetheart! She loves spending time with her family and travels every chance she gets. Prior to working here, Tracy served as Payroll Assistant at her local Parks & Recreation department, was a Pharmacy Technician for an independently owned pharmacy, as well as other various assistant roles including with her church, in the public school system, and more. Tracy enjoys being a part of Radiance Financial Group because through this role, she gets to serve others with joy and the team's eagerness to help others is so infectious! Tracy has been part of the team since 2021.

Julie is an Office Professional supporting Radiance Financial Group. 

She and her husband of 30+ years have 4 college graduates and are ready for the next half of their life together traveling 50 states by their 50^th anniversary!!!

Julie enjoys volunteering with a non-profit providing clean water in Africa and plans to travel to Kenya in the next few years to see work in person.

Julie has been with Thrivent since 2015 and enjoys working closely with clients to BE GENEROUS and serve alongside in client action teams. 

Connor is originally from a small town in southwest Minnesota where he grew up with two older brothers. He loves spending time with family and friends, along with travelling to different places. He graduated from Minnesota State University – Mankato in May, 2025 with a degree in General Finance along with a Certificate in Business Analytics. Connor has enjoyed being a part of the team since November 2024. Although Connor isn't in Kentucky or Ohio, he looks forward to continuing serving our clients in any way which they need.

Sarah is thrilled and thankful to have joined the team in 2024. She is our team's paraplanner. In her career prior to Thrivent, Sarah worked in operations management, IT system implementation, process improvement and project management in corporate, non-profit and higher education organizations. She has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue. She’s looking forward to finding new ways to utilize her analytical and problem-solving skills to help our clients steward the gifts God has given them.

Sarah and her husband, Alex, moved to Kentucky with their dog, Lucy, in 2022 and they enjoy exploring all that their new home state has to offer. (If you have suggestions for not-to-be missed experiences in the Bluegrass, please share them!) She is a member of Victory Lutheran Church in Lexington and loves to bring baked goods to a potluck.  

Bena joined our team in the spring of 2025 to be a friendly face to our customer, to greet them and make them feel at home when they visit the Richmond office. Bena' is a mother to 3 wonderful sons - fun fact - they're all born on the 22nd of their birth month! She also has two awesome grandsons, and lastly but not least, she's a proud dog mom to a golden doodle named Kelce. In 2023, Bena' moved back to Kentucky after living in South Carolina for over 30 years to be closer to her mom and sister.

Bena' has a background in banking and real estate and brings years of exceptional customer service experience to the practice!
