Tracy is the Operations Manager for Radiance Financial Group. She is a mother to three wonderful kids and married to her high school sweetheart! She loves spending time with her family and travels every chance she gets. Prior to working here, Tracy served as Payroll Assistant at her local Parks & Recreation department, was a Pharmacy Technician for an independently owned pharmacy, as well as other various assistant roles including with her church, in the public school system, and more. Tracy enjoys being a part of Radiance Financial Group because through this role, she gets to serve others with joy and the team's eagerness to help others is so infectious! Tracy has been part of the team since 2021.

Sarah is thrilled and thankful to have joined the team in 2024. She is working toward licensing to fully take on the role of paraplanner for the team. In her career prior to Thrivent, Sarah worked in operations management, IT system implementation, process improvement and project management in corporate, non-profit and higher education organizations. She has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue. She’s looking forward to finding new ways to utilize her analytical and problem-solving skills to help our clients steward the gifts God has given them.

Sarah and her husband, Alex, moved to Kentucky with their dog, Lucy, in 2022 and they enjoy exploring all that their new home state has to offer. (If you have suggestions for not-to-be missed experiences in the Bluegrass, please share them!) She is a member of Victory Lutheran Church in Lexington and loves to bring baked goods to a potluck.  

Bree is the VP of Turnhall's Advisor Relations and Consulting. She connects us with the team of paraplanners and office staff to keep things flowing smoothly. She equips us with streamlined processes allowing us to help people become financially secure and lead to infinitely more generosity.

Outside of work, Bree loves to help people with fitness and nutrition goals, spend time with her family, and enjoys live music. She’s most known for her puns and daily non-negotiable walks with her dog, Prince, encouraging others to change their mindset from “have to” to “get to.” 

Paul has over ten years of experience and bolsters the expertise of our Meeting Preparation team as an Associate. He spends as much time as he can exploring his hometown of Eastport, NY, which his family founded, and enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing. Otherwise, Paul loves the New York Mets and Notre Dame football, especially when they beat Purdue. Paul believes that simplifying someone’s financial matters to help move them forward on the path they wish to go on leads to a life of generosity.

Rayna is a critical member of our applications and documents team. Personally, she has 4 siblings and would list spending time with her family, working out at the gym, hitting golf balls at the driving range and traveling as her favorite things. She also listed her favorite place in her hometown as Marshall’s!

Krista is a part of our Application and Documents Team and is excited to help clients achieve their financial goals. Krista has a lifelong passion for horses and has been a trainer for ten years. She can often be found riding, training, and showing horses. Her favorite places to go are Cedar Valley Cheese for its famous string cheese and Amy’s Candy for its caramel apples.

Jason is a member of our Meeting Preparation Team and is dedicated to interpreting individual financial data and creating strategies that aim to generate value and security for our clients. He graduated with a Master of Science degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and enjoys watching and playing various sports. When he is not watching the Packers and Badgers football games or reliving his days playing lacrosse throughout the Midwest, he is frequently fishing and spending time outdoors with his family.
