Meet My Team
Eric Hoelter, FIC
Eric is a financial advisor and has been with Thrivent since 2001. Eric received his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and enjoys reading, exploring new cities, skiing, watching basketball, working out at the gym and, most importantly, basking in the joys of new fatherhood. Lately, Eric, Iryna and baby Steffen can often be found taking walks and enjoying the various restaurants in their neighborhood known as the Highlands.
Deidre Farrell, MBA, CFP®, RICP®, CDFA®, BFA™
Deidre is a financial advisor and has been with Thrivent since 2005. Deidre received her bachelor’s degree from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin and her MBA from the University of Connecticut. Deidre is on the board of the YWCA of Boulder County, is active with the Boulder Rotary Club and enjoys swimming, travelling, reading, playing pickleball with her husband, and spending time with their two young adult daughters.

Mona Lara, BFA
Mona is the practice support associate for the Flatirons Group and has been with Thrivent since 2018. Mona received her bachelor’s degree from Truman State University and her master’s degree from Stephens College. She is FINRA Series 7, 66, & 63 licensed. Mona provides new investment account support, brokerage account service and manages operations for the practice. Mona enjoys spending time with her husband Dillon, their daughters and dogs. They spend as much time as possible being active outdoors adventuring in the mountains.
Lita Lummis
Lita is an office professional for the Flatirons Group and has been with Thrivent since 2013. She enjoys being in His Word, jogging, biking and attending Eagles hockey with her husband, and spending time with their two adult sons. Lita also enjoys traveling abroad, experiencing other cultures and their gifts to mankind.
Cathy Scheitlin
Cathy is the customer service coordinator for the Flatirons Group and has been with Thrivent since 2009. Cathy received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA, her master’s degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is insurance licensed in Colorado. She provides insurance, annuity and mutual fund customer support and coordinates Thrivent generosity programs for the Flatirons Group. Cathy enjoys skiing, hiking and travelling with her husband and teenager.
