After having grown up in a Christian family and attending Christian school from K-12, I attended Central Michigan University. Upon graduation, I entered a profession in public services. After working for municipalities for 15 years, in 2014, I made the the change to Thrivent Financial because I felt that God was calling me to help his people. Looking back, this was the best decision I had ever made professionally. Everyday, I am blessed with the opportunity to meet others and help guide them through their financial lives.

I first began working in the financial industry in 2000, joining Thrivent in early 2004. Working in the field of financial services, my priority is to continue growing my depth of knowledge, having earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2012. As a Financial Consultant, I particularly enjoy working with couples and individuals to determine their personalized course of action in preparing for their "golden years" in retirement.

My beloved wife, Kathy and I happily reside in Whitmore Lake, MI. Aside from my professional career, I enjoy spending time outdoors cutting firewood, gardening and making Maple Syrup.

Cody joined Thrivent in 2022 after a few years gaining experience in the legal field. He was seeking a change of pace and an opportunity to help others on a one-on-one basis. Christian schooling was a foundation for Cody's education and a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University prepared him to attain his Life, Health, and Securities licenses. Cody is thrilled to be part of a team that excels in providing personalized financial solutions tailored to each client's unique needs and aspirations. In his free time, he enjoys staying active and participating in a number of sports year-round.

As a child of Lutheran schooling beginning from preschool through 12th grade, Emma has been familiar with Thrivent for most of her life. After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and gaining a variety of professional experiences, including seven years in the banking industry, Emma is excited to be working for a company that she knows and loves. As a Securities, Life, and Health licensed Practice Support Associate, she is able to assist you and your financial advisor with anything that you may need.

Michell is a team member who focuses on remote work. As a familiar voice that you will often hear answering client calls, Michell assists in scheduling appointments for Pathfinder Financial Consultants team members. She also works to prepare client appointment folders for our financial advisors.

As a digital marketing specialist, Whitney is responsible for planning, building and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and social media platforms. Whitney’s primary focus is to increase awareness about our brand, services and product offerings through email marketing and social media channels.  

Whitney and her husband, Ryan, alongside their English Cream Golden Retriever, Memphis Belle, happily reside within the tri-city region of North Carolina. Formerly from the Buckeye state and graduating from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, Whitney met Ryan through their unique passion of competitively showing quarter horses. Whitney is an active advocate and supporter of various not-for-profit organizations.
