Outside of work Steve enjoys skiing, activities that get him out-of-doors and travel. He seeks awareness of the needs around him and the opportunity to serve.

Susie Leifheit is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and partner with the Pacific Northwest Consultants. She works with a variety of clients, specializing in retirement income planning, holistic financial planning, and working with both trusts and guardianships. Susie came to Thrivent in search of a meaningful career that combined her passion for creating long-term relationships and her enjoyment of complex analysis. Susie enjoys sharing education and relevant resources needed to create a meaningful and holistic financial plan. She is dedicated to supporting individuals and families to make informed decisions and gain confidence in their financial future. 

Outside of work, Susie loves to travel, spend time outdoors, woodwork, and spend time with her Golden Retriever, Finley. She enjoys supporting local community organizations to make a greater impact on the lives of others.

Justin manages the overall operations of our team. He specializes in using our complex analysis tools, such as Morningstar, Moneyguide Pro, and What-if Tax to help Steve and Susie provide you with meaningful advice. Justin ensures the office runs smoothly and any of your day to day needs are met. He plays a key role in assuring our clients receive topnotch service.

Lauren is responsible for keeping our office running smoothly, whether it is welcoming you with a smile or following up with you to set your regular meetings. She is responsible for our community programs, such as Action Teams and Thrivent Choice Dollars, helping people make a difference in our community. She does a great job maintaining our overall office atmosphere. Lauren and her husband moved to Liberty Lake 5 years ago to be near their two daughters and 5 grandkids (so far). Her free time is spent having fun with the “little ones”, doing dance exercise, exploring new places, and enjoying everything the great northwest has to offer.
