About Nycki Fair

Financial Advisor & Client Advocate

Nycki Fair is a licensed financial advisor, compassionate advocate, and a core member of the Fair Financial Stewardship Group. She is deeply passionate about helping others—especially women—find healing, freedom, and empowerment through biblically grounded financial stewardship. Nycki believes that money is not just a practical tool, but a spiritual one—meant to be stewarded with purpose and aligned with the Kingdom of God.

She earned her degree in Psychology and Biblical Studies from Cornerstone University, equipping her with both the theological foundation and the psychological insight to minister to the whole person. Before stepping into the world of financial advising, Nycki worked in social work with young women who had been rescued from human trafficking. This season of her life shaped her deeply, strengthening her heart for justice, healing, and restoration.

Having personally overcome significant trauma, Nycki brings a unique combination of resilience, grace, and empathy to her work. Her journey is a testament to God's redemptive power, and she now uses that testimony to walk alongside others with compassion and spiritual insight. She also operates in a gift of healing, which informs every conversation she has—helping people not only find financial clarity but emotional and spiritual renewal.

Nycki is especially passionate about breaking stigmas surrounding money—particularly those that affect women—and helping clients understand that financial clarity is possible when we seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness first. As part of the greater practice at Fair Financial Stewardship Group, she is committed to seeing lives transformed by the wisdom and provision of God.
