Originally from Colorado, I attended Valparaiso University in Indiana and attained my Bachelor of Science in Meteorology with a minor in Communication. I spent my early career working as a meteorologist at local news stations across the country. I now call North Dakota home and am active in numerous philanthropies and non-profits and sing in the choir at First Lutheran Church in downtown Fargo. Spending numerous years working in various cities helped me experience different cultures, different local vocabularies, and meet great new people that I've stayed close to all these years later.
