Hello, I'm Nathan!

Originally from Colorado, I attended Valparaiso University in Indiana and attained my Bachelor of Science in Meteorology with a minor in Communication. I spent my early career working as a meteorologist at local news stations across the country. I now call North Dakota home and am active at the El Zagal Shrine and sing in the choir at First Lutheran Church in downtown Fargo. Spending numerous years working in various cities helped me experience different cultures, different local vocabularies, and meet great new people that I've stayed close to all these years later.

Outside the Office

When I'm not at the office, I spend a lot of time at the Shrine, attending events, fundraisers, and spending quality time with fellow Shriners. I'm also big on watching and attending sporting events in Fargo and wherever my favorite teams play! I follow the Colorado Avalanche, Chicago Blackhawks, Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies and the Chicago Cubs. I try to spend some time playing my favorite sports like basketball, baseball, and golf, but those North Dakota winters have made it tough to remain active. You can't find a white golf ball in fresh snow drifts!

I also enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance, as a trip anywhere is an excuse to experience a new place and make memories while sampling the local cuisine along the way. Toronto still holds the top spot as one of my favorites!
