About Mindy Parman

I love to help people. I was a pediatric clinical pharmacist for over a decade in a children's hospital, I decided to bring the same care and purpose to the financial world, where Thrivent is the perfect fit. Between the Christian-based principles and relationship-centered approach I have with my clients, I feel like who I am and what I do perfectly align.

I am originally from middle Tennessee. Not only do I hold my undergrad and graduate degrees from the University of Tennessee, my dad raised me to love the Tennessee Volunteers! Saturdays in the fall, you might just find me in orange watching my Vols play football! I also enjoy watching UT men's basketball and the Lady Vols play. #VFL My dad also instilled a love for the Nashville Predators Hockey!

My family including grandmother, parents, and little brother moved to Charlotte, and I wasn't far behind them. I moved to Charlotte in 2016 and I love Mint Hill, Matthews, Charlotte, and the surrounding areas! I love getting to spend time with my 3 nieces and the rest of my family. I'm engaged to a great man of God and will soon become a bonus parent to an 13 year old boy.

I enjoy volunteering with various organizations, discussing with book clubs, and running the Disney Princess Half Marathon. I am active in my church, Sovereign Grace Presbyterian Church. I am a cat mom to two rescues, Mercy (Siamese mix) and Justice (black shorthair).

I help individuals and families fulfill their dreams and gain confidence about their financial present and future. That’s why I view financial planning holistically–I’m committed to helping people live generously and be wise with their money in accordance with God’s Way. The faith-based purpose, values and principles that Thrivent operates by at its core are consistent with how I personally operate my life, which is very freeing professionally
