About Michelle Mitchell

I'm proud to be a Thrivent financial professional. I love to work with individuals and to help them find their professional calling in life. I enjoy the challenge of finding individuals who have will and conviction to make the change into this rewarding career. Helping people discover their own passion and purpose leads to confidence and leading people to confidence is the greatest result of leadership there is.

I provide my advisors with the knowledge, process, and tools to find and assist families and individuals in making all of the pieces fit together. Our advisors collaborate with clients to visualize their life and retirement goals that are attainable, either because they have saved enough or because we've created a plan and will work together to make it happen. We help clients see the full financial picture of the life they are living as well as what their retirement life will look like.

Growing up I lived in Woodstock, Illinois and then graduated from Northern Illinois University with a major in Marketing. For over 20 years I have been in financial services and in those years, I have been blessed to work with advisors and clients to assist them in living their dreams and obtaining fulfilling lives.

Now I live here in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with my husband, Mike. He is an impactful 7th grade English teacher and baseball coach; we both have a passion for developing people to be their best. We are blessed with our children Michael, Amanda, Megan, Allison, and Kyle. We enjoy cooking as well as playing and watching a wide variety of sports. We are always on the go.
