About Michael Buttery
Throughout my childhood, my dad would listen to the same radio show every Saturday afternoon all about investments and personal finance. It sparked conversations about what he wanted to invest in, how he wanted to build his legacy, and instilled in us a curiosity about finance at a young age. In college, my interest in personal finance was renewed when I realized how many people don’t have access to information and strategies that can change the course of their lives.
I saw that gap as a calling to go out and help everyone that I meet to learn more about and demystify the world of finance. I’m proud to be a Thrivent financial professional. I will help you see money not as a goal, but a tool – one that can afford you a life rich in meaning and gratitude.
When I am not helping you accomplish your goals, I am spending time with my wife and son enjoying all the beauty that San Diego has to offer. We spend time at the beach, at the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, and hiking.
