Family Life
I met my wonderful wife, Elizabeth, in 2003 and we were married in 2005. We welcomed our daughter Mallory in 2006 and our son Patrick in 2008. We are dog lovers and have 2 crazy muts, Frank and Sweet Dee.
Elizabeth is a CPA for JDRF. She is an avid runner and has completed numerous races over the years with her highlights being the Toronto Waterfront Marathon and Shippey 100 Mile trail relay. While on her daily runs Elizabeth always stops and take fantastic nature photographs with her phone (including the train track picture on this home page). She has framed and sold a number of these pictures and you can find them on display at local St Charles Businesses.
Mallory is going into her Senior year of high school and wants to study psychology and photography in college. Mallory is the photographer for her high school's hockey team and recently won an action shot award with the state of Missouri Mallory carries a love and strong talent for Art. She is one of the funniest people I know and can make anyone smile!
Patrick is an avid hockey player, playing for his high school varsity team and his local AA team. He attends TPH Hockey Academy as a Sophomore in high school. He wants to play junior hockey and then NCAA D1 hockey with ultimate aspirations to one day play in the NHL.
When we aren't at the hockey rink we like to spend time together hiking, riding bikes on the Katy Trail, playing board games, going for drives, watching movies and making each other laugh. Like any teenagers, my kids loves their phones and Netflix so getting time away from those to spend time together is something Elizabeth and I cherish.
About Micah Davie
I was in the automotive industry for 20 years before joining Thrivent as a Financial Professional. I also owned and operated a tattoo shop in St Charles County for 5 years with my amazing wife.
I am a youth hockey coach and am on my 8 year as a coach. I have had the pleasure of coaching with the St Peters Hockey Club as well as Francis Howell Central Hockey Club. I have a huge passion for helping kids grow their love for the game and helping them set and achieve their goals! There is no better reward than seeing the joy and look on a kids face when they accomplish something they thought they couldn't do.
I also play adult hockey a few times per week. My team is comprised mainly of guys 40 and over who love the game, even if we can't move as fast as we used to!
A big purpose for me in life is to help others and be someone they can count on. Coaching is in my blood and as a Market Developer, I take great pride in watching my financial advisors help their clients and succeed in this career.
