Joe joined Thrivent in 2020 after a career in strength and conditioning. He met his wife, Taylor, while working at the University of Arkansas. They live in Rogers and have one son, Ari.

Outside of work, Joe can be found playing sports, including golf and pickleball and watching his favorite teams, especially the Penguins. He is a foodie and likes cooking new foods on his smoker.

Joe enjoys seeing clients get clarity on their financial goals so they can have confidence about planning for what’s important to them.

Shawn Taylor is a Certified Financial Planner that has been with Thrivent for over 30 years. He is married to Christina and they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

When not working with clients he can be found fly fishing, hunting, and working on their land. He has also led several Habitat for Humanity trips to Guatemala and enjoyed being on teams to El Salvador, New Zealand, and Fiji.

He particularly enjoys helping clients with retirement income planning so they have the security to also initiate Generosity into their legacy planning.
