Day of Caring Volunteering

United Way of NWI hosted it's Day of Caring and the Maar Financial Team joined in to volunteer at a local nonprofit.

This year the Maar Financial Group team helped out at Family Promise of Porter County. We started our day with the kickoff breakfast with all Day of Caring volunteers along with some local Chicago team mascots. Once at the Family Promise location we cleaned and organized their donations and storage; weeded landscaping and their garden; mowed grass; spread mulch and even put together furniture for the residents. We all loved being able to add some extra helping hands and make a difference in our community!
