About Lydia

A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Lydia. For nearly a decade I’ve helped clients pursue clarity and confidence with their finances. I’m also a mom, farmer, business owner, aspiring organist, and Habitat for Humanity volunteer. Many titles change over time, but my identity in Christ is constant—and it informs a practice built on empathy, honesty, and practical next steps.

Growing up and working in a rural community—and walking through seasons of child loss and divorce—shapes how I show up for clients. I’m especially equipped to serve women navigating loss and farm & rural families. Together, we’ll align your plan to your goals and values so you can move forward with peace of mind.

What I can offer

As a financial advisor with Brick Street Financial Group – Thrivent, I help clients create plans that reflect their goals and values. My approach is rooted in listening first, then guiding you through options so you can make confident decisions for today—and tomorrow.

Who I Serve

  • Women navigating major life changes such as child loss or the loss of a spouse
  • Farmers and rural families with unique financial circumstances and legacy goals

How I Help

  • Comprehensive planning across six key areas: cash flow, protection, accumulation, distribution, estate, and tax strategies
  • Values-based guidance that honors what matters most to you
  • Flexible meeting options—in person at our Washington, KS office or virtually via Zoom or phone

Why Work With Me

I bring nearly two decades of combined professional experience and partner with a nationwide team of advisors to offer a wealth of knowledge and solutions. Together, we’ll build a plan that helps you live the life you want today—and prepare for tomorrow.
